Payment Schedule:

10% upfront payment at the time of submission of application form
15% within (1) one month of the date of issuance of allotment letter
15% within (4) four months of the date of issuance of allotment letter
15% within (7) seven months of the date of issuance of allotment letter
15% within (10) ten months of the date of issuance of allotment letter
15% within (13) thirteen months of the date of issuance of allotment letter
15% within (16) sixteen months of the date of issuance of allotment letter or at the time of handing over of possession (whichever is later)
In case anyone is interested in paying the full amount of the plot, net rebate of 5% would be given to him.
