CDA would like to inform all respected applicants who have received offer letter agaisnt their balloting to ensure remittance of payment from their originating bank is processed/initiated before 11:59PM PST 14th February, 2025. In case of payments processed/initiated after this deadline, CDA reserves the right not to entertain the same.

Explanation on Balloting Results: -

In response to queries received, please find below explnation for the C-14 Balloting conducted dated 14th Jan, 2025 through NADRA balloting system.

• There were a total of 236 plots available in the balloting basket. Successful candidates have been allocated plot numbers (column 6 in results titled Plot No.) against their credentials which are 236 in numbers total.
• The waiting list begins at awaiting at no.237 (at column 6 in results titled Plot No.) i.e. after exhaustion of 236 Successful candidates in descending order that takes effect in case any successful candidate fails to deposit 1st instalment as per schedule

In response to queries received, please find below explnation for the C-14 Balloting conducted dated 14th Jan, 2025 through NADRA balloting system.

• As per CDA Board decision dated 24-12-2024, 10% rebate on total payment will be offered to applicant who makes complete payment upfront within 30 days from issuance of offer letter as per option-I.
• In case the applicant opts for option-II (installment plan), the first installment @ 25% of the total premium of plot shall be paid by the successful applicant within 30 days of the issuance of offer letter. In case of non-payment of the first installment within 30 days, CDA reserves the right to cancel the offered plot without any intimation & subsequently plot will be offered to next applicant as per published waiting list & such cancelled plot shall not be restored. it is clarified that amount paid must be credited into the CDA designated account within the stipulated time mentioned above. In case of any amount in transit on the lapse of 30 days’ time-frame shall not be considered.
• Applicable delayed charges notified by Finance wing from time to time shall be applied in case of any delayed payment from second installment onwards.
• In the event of cancellation or surrender of plot for whatever reason(s), the deposited amount of premium shall be refunded in PKR into an account provided by the applicant operated in Pakistan after forfeiture of 10% of the total price of plot.
• The correspondence shall be made at the address indicated by the applicant as well as e-mail address as per application and the applicant shall be liable to communicate any change in the address to the Authority in writing with 15 days. In case the successful applicant does not receive any intimation from the Authority within 10 days, applicant must contact the Authority to inquire about the status of application.
• The allotment letter will be issued on full payment of price and all the applicable taxes.
• The plot shall be transferable after issuance of Allotment Letter and after payment of full amount.
• This is a provisional offer letter and cannot be treated as an allotment letter. Final allotment letter shall be issued upon fulfillment of all codal formalities and after receipt of entire payment amount.
• Applicable charges of bank during the transfer of due amount would be the responsibility of applicant and such amount shall not be adjusted against premium of plot.
• Amount of premium has been mentioned in PKR, successful applicants shall deposit equivalent amount in USDs on the FOREX rate of the day when the transaction would be executed.
• Actual price of plot will be computed at the time of possession as per exact size of the plot.
• Applicant can view payment option through online web portal and make payment through the following options: -
  • Roshan Digital Account
  • Remittance through Normal Banking Channel in USD
  • Payment via foreign credit/debit card using online payment gateway
