ISLAMABAD: September 23, 2025: A meeting regarding the Gandhara Heritage Museum was held at the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Headquarters, chaired by Chairman CDA and Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Muhammad Ali Randhawa. The meeting was attended by Korean heritage experts, officers from the Ministry of Culture and Heritage, and CDA Members including Member Engineering Syed Nafasat Raza, Member Environment Esfandyar Baloch, and Member Planning and Design Dr. Khalid Hafiz. The meeting was informed that Korean experts have recently developed a modern heritage gallery inside the museum in Islamabad, which has been highly appreciated by citizens. Chairman CDA also commended the excellent work of the Korean team. Chairman CDA stated that the Gandhara Heritage and Cultural Centre is being developed along modern lines. He asked the Korean experts to prepare proposals for establishing state-of-the-art galleries at the Centre, incorporating modern technology, video galleries, and aesthetic improvements. In this regard, the Korean experts will visit the Gandhara Heritage and Cultural Centre and submit their proposals after the visit. Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa said that the aim is to fully benefit from the expertise of Korean specialists. He added that involving them in the process will help create a beautiful, state-of-the-art, world-class Gandhara Museum.
