ISLAMABAD: February 18, 2026: Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) and CDA Ventures organized the Tech Funding Campaign 2026 with full fervor to transform the Federal Capital Islamabad into a modern and digital city. Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) and Chief Commissioner Islamabad, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, officials of CDA Ventures, members of the Governing Body and a large number of tech entrepreneurs and media persons participated in the event. Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa, office bearers of CDA Ventures, and members of the Governing Body distributed seed capital to innovative technology startups at the CDA headquarters under the tech funding campaign. On this occasion, Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa, in a special talk with the media, specifically thanked CDA Ventures, Governing Body members and the tech community for participating in the funding campaign. He said that under the Tech Funding Campaign, local and scalable artificial intelligence startups are being funded. He said that this year, a target of funding the most promising tech companies across the City has been set. During the ceremony, pre-seed and seed funding was officially awarded to several promising digital initiatives. This included AutoPilot AI (autopilottech.co) securing $175,000, Signers(signers.ai) securing $175,000, Autoglyph (autoglyph.app) raising $150,000, and eTaps (eTaps.me) closing $150,000. Chairman CDA said that for the first time in the history of the Federal Capital Islamabad, modern startup capital is being utilized in the tech funding campaign. In this regard, a formal digital funding distribution has been commenced in the Capital city Islamabad. He mentioned that dedicated digital workspaces and technical resources are being established for the better care and growth of the funded startups. Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa said that the process of distributing seed capital to young entrepreneurs is also continuing to preserve the digital beauty of the Federal capital Islamabad. He said that a dedicated framework for venture funding has been launched for the developers and tech persons in Islamabad City. Chairman CDA said that we must all play our full role together to make the tech funding campaign successful. He emphasized that for digital economic protection, along with us, citizens and university students also have to play their full part in it. The objective of this year's Tech Funding Campaign is to increase the technological footprint and beauty of Islamabad City while ensuring economic progress of the city.
